Process
Have a different person lead the morning warm-up each day.
Ask each day who would be interested in leading the next day's warm-up.
There is no obligation to lead a warm up if one does not feel comfortable doing so.
Notes
During the “Action” research project at La Manufacture (2018), the group members each led a one-hour morning warm-up. We thus had a session of singing and voice, yoga, whirling dervishes, self-massages, nature walks... and a strong, joyful group.
