Have a different participant lead the warm-up in turn, to strengthen the group and discover each other's skills

Required equipment:

Soft clothing, yoga mats if necessary, water

Space requierment:

Any area allowing the group to move comfortably, with a ratio of 3m2 per participant.

Preparation

The facilitator leads the group through the protocol, reading and then executing the entire Process.

Process

  • Carry out a shared warm-up in a single session.

  • Each participant “leads” a specific part, chosen freely: partial physical warm-up (neck, ankles, etc.), vocal warm-up, positioning in space, etc.

  • Follow the order of the participants' positions, starting with the facilitator, emphasizing a continuous rhythm.

  • There is no obligation to lead a warm up if one does not feel comfortable doing so.
