Process
Carry out a shared warm-up in a single session.
Each participant “leads” a specific part, chosen freely: partial physical warm-up (neck, ankles, etc.), vocal warm-up, positioning in space, etc.
Follow the order of the participants' positions, starting with the facilitator, emphasizing a continuous rhythm.
There is no obligation to lead a warm up if one does not feel comfortable doing so.
